Refund policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind, you are not satisfied with the product), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Note: Our products are handmade, and slight variations or imperfections are part of their unique charm. These minor flaws are not considered defects and will not be eligible for free shipping returns. Please refer to the Product Details page for the standards and variations expected in our handmade items.
2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product altogether, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Shipping
To return/exchange your product, please contact us at hello@onuberlin.com to receive the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or a refund.
